<description>Hold on to your wallets Novi (and State of Michigan)

This isn't all that's coming.

Remember one of Jennifer's first budget deals? It was to save the State and the City of Detroit with an added Casino tax (the State and Detroit split an extra bounty from the Casinos).

Only one problem - they had a clause that the tax went away once we had permenant hotels.

Granholm and Detroit were betting things got better before Hotels went up. They lost. Now we will be asked to pay.

So the City and the State now have to be weaned off of the the Motor City and MGM Lion's share of about a $70 Million tax (MGM Grand is done paying and Motor City will stop soon)
